Description:
The greening of our society has been under way for well over a decade and changing our language along the way.  The rise of  consumers becoming Eco-frugal or going for Eco-status by tuning into Eco-vertising leads the market and entrepreneurs to believe we've shifted from a ‘fad’ to fundamental changes to our lifestyle.  Is that true or a bunch of green washing?  The real question is whether the ‘tipping point’ has been reached in the greening of the American consumer and is their purchasing behavior mirroring their new found green values. The root of the question lies in whether green is a ‘push’ or ‘pull’ model. What role do Consumer Packaged Goods companies play versus Services and Technology companies are driving green adoption? This discussion will center on forecasted consumer technology trends and where money should be invested and the types of companies that will emerge in the next 2-4 years.
