Tech Womens Program Chairs Bios:
Francine Gordon, Ph.D. - Co-Chair
Francine is an organization consultant and executive coach who focuses on helping companies become more innovative and on facilitating the development and advancement of women executives. A recovering perfectionist, she also helps professionals let go of self-limiting beliefs and unrealistically high standards in order to achieve their full potential.
Francine's varied work history includes (but is not limited to): manager at Boston Consulting Group, director of HR at UBNetworks, General Manager of California Actors Theatre, and Asst. Prof. at Stanford Graduate School of Business. She has a B.A. from Vassar College and M.A. and Ph.D. from Yale.
Sonja London - Co-Chair
Sonja is a Business Intelligence entrepreneur, innovator, architect & consultant. Her clients have included Apple, AT&T, Sprint, Levi-Strauss and many startups. She founded Summit Software, a BI consulting firm. During a three year break from consulting she ran global Business Intelligence & served as primary BI architect for Covad. She has a passion for solar energy and other things green, with a special interest in passive solar architecture & building. Sonja is also a chair of the SD Forum Business Intelligence SIG.
Jennie Hou, Co-Chair, Tech Girls
Jennie Hou is a project manager at Hewlett-Packard. She has many years of leadership experience in business and strategic planning, R&D, marketing, support, release management, and alliance management. She enjoys working with customers and partners. Outside work, she is passionate in sharing her enthusiasm for technology, business, teamwork, math and science with middle and high school girls and making learning fun.
Susan Chan Kelleher- Co-Chair, Tech Girls
Susan Kelleher is a customer care professional with an education in business administration and a passion for building and facilitating strong long-term client relationships. She has 15 years of combined experience in IT and customer service with firms in electronics, accounting, and biotech. Susan's ability to adapt to new situations, assess client issues quickly, and be an exceptional liaison among management, clients and technical personnel have allowed her to make significant contributions in such organizations as Intuit, Deloitte and Touche, Force Computers, IBM Global Services, Solectron and VeriSign. She is currently working on contract as Project Coordinator at Applied Materials.
